Consultancy Rates / Interim COO

Sophie's consultancy hourly rate starts from £60 per hour or £400 per day.

As a guide, interim COO roles are usually booked for a period of 3 - 6 months, but this can be discussed during the proposal.

Minute Taking, Bookkeeping and Admin Support

Support hours from the Phronesis team start from £40 per hour, depending on the specialist skills required.

        Note on Minute Taking: It is generally accepted that minutes will take twice the length of the meeting. This means a 2-hour meeting will equal 4 hours of work.
    

Bespoke Project Rate

As a guide:

Efficiency Audits: Range from £750 - £3000 depending on the size and turnover of the organisation.
Basic HR System Builds: Start from £250 for up to 10 employees, depending on the system chosen.
Basic Finance System Builds: Start from £300 depending on the number of transactions and previous years to be included.
